If you’re not happy, then we’re not happy. If something isn’t right with your order let your customer service rep know. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or isn’t quite up to snuff, we will do everything in our power to correct the problem. In the case of a pick-up, we will send a truck out to your job site as soon as possible at a time convenient for you. You may return an item purchased from Teague Lumber Co. within fifteen (15) days of receipt of sale as long as it is a commonly stocked item.
Please note that a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee as well as freight charges may be deducted from your refund. These deductions will not apply to items returned because of defect or an error on our part. All returned products must be in unused condition, original packaging and contain all included accessories, paperwork, and parts.
All custom orders are ordered and made to your specifications, and therefore cannot be canceled once in production. Therefore, Teague Lumber Co. cannot accept returns on custom products. If an item is damaged or incorrect because of an error on our part, please contact your customer service rep within three (3) days of receiving your order and we will order a replacement.
